This ink was inspired by the story of boyhood brought to life by Hermann Hesse in the book "Demian". Originally published under the pseudonym of the boy in the book, Emil Sinclair, this book is a young man's awakening to self and the loss of youth. The ink's shading changes subtly like a dive under the waves, starting in pastel navy and ending at a sea blue with yellow tints.
